Joe and his team genuinely care the cars and customers that come in for their services. I'm really happy to have brought my Honda Civic here after an unexpected incident. Joe was very patient and worked well with the insurance that was covering the damages. By the time they were finished with my car, it looked brand new again! Afterwards, he had offered to replace the splash shield for my car and did an amazing job there too! Overall, Nor Cal Autobody is a very reliable autobody shop and I highly recommend everyone to visit!

Our experience with Nor Cal has been nothing but amazing! They are fast and efficient and extremely helpful. I had an issue where they needed to order parts and they let me pick and choose which ones I wanted along with helping further issues that weren’t necessarily part of the claims process. I don’t pay anything out of pocket from insurance and I was updated frequently on timelines. I highly recommend using them!
