Norm Reeves Collision Center

My GMC 1500 was stolen, and recovered. Norm Reeves Collision Center initially estimated 4-6 weeks. It was just about 6 weeks, and I got my truck back. They did great work, all the body work looks awesome. Couldn't be happier.

Ozzy & Chris helped to make my claim process and outcome smooth & stress-free. The wait was worth it in the end despite a little frustration of needing my vehicle. I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Norm Reeves Mazda. While they have taken over the location formerly known as Freeman Mazda, I have found that the level of attention to detail and customer service has not met my expectations. My vehicle was in their shop for over a month, and I received minimal updates unless I reached out myself for information. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed satisfactorily, and I am now waiting for them to rectify the issues related to the initial repair. I visited Norm Reeves today because I had not received any communication, and while I was informed that they would reach out to me, I intend to continue following up until the matter is resolved. This organization is absolutely incompetent and immoral. My mistake for not investigating them further, seems like others have had a similar experience to mine. Seemed great from the beginning after chatting with a few people over the phone but after I come by to drop the car off everything went south. The insurance company and management did not communicate well and I caught Danny Moriel, Ozzy Orta, and the manager James with several severe miscommunications and even a few straight up lies. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation and each and every one of them wanted to point the finger. The bottom line is they wanted to charge me for an estimate after I decided not to proceed with repairs. Held my car hostage until I paid $1000. After I got the car back it’s safety sensors

This is the Freeman Collision Center at Freeman Toyota in Hurst. They stuck it to me pretty good. I had my truck in there to get it fixed from being in the side of my truck just at the bottom of the back door. They were talking about totaling my truck and the insurance company told me I had to find somewhere else to get the truck fixed. I had to pay just under $1500 to get the truck back and no work was even done. they said they had taken it apart and had to put it back together. And now it makes noise and drives funny like it wouldn’t put back together or something.. what an ordeal. I really trusted them to do the work right.
