My salesperson was Jasmin. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my wants and needs for a new car I was not expecting to have to buy. I told her what I was looking for and Norm Reeves had 5 on the lot that I felt were in my price range. I did mention that I wish they had a red one - so they called area lots to see if there was one they could get. They found the one I wanted, had it delivered to their lot and was able to keep the price of the car in my price range. I was very happy having Jasmin as my salesperson. The whole team at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas were great to work with.

ASK FOR TYRELL, he’s off on Tuesdays. He got me right, answered all my questions, and didn’t scam me either!! He got me into 1 of 4 cars that I would’ve wanted and gave unbiased opinions. Very kind and respectful and listened to all my concerns. I would definitely come back to buy another vehicle and I’d ask for him everytime ❤️

Vehicle Purchased: 2026 Toyota Camry XSE Premium Plus, Dark Cosmos Sales (David, 5 Stars): David was great from start to finish. There was no pressure and he made the process comfortable and straightforward. I felt confident in the purchase and appreciated his approach, especially after leaving another dealership due to aggressive sales tactics. I would recommend working with him. Dealership (3 Stars): Communication is a major issue. My online inquiry went unanswered and email responses were inconsistent. The dealership listed the wrong trim and color for my vehicle registration, black instead of blue, which does matter. I had to go in person to get it corrected, and communication during that process was poor. The issue was eventually fixed, but only after unnecessary back and forth. Ed

Returning customer here — and once again, I had an outstanding experience with Ryan Palma. I brought my RAV4 Prime in for service and unexpectedly received an excellent trade-in offer via text. I was very happy with my RAV4 and initially wanted to stay with the RAV4 Prime, but I was hoping for a few more features. The trade-in offer was simply too good to refuse. If I could give Mo at Norm Reeves Toyota 20+ stars, I absolutely would! His energy is phenomenal. I was a little nervous when I first arrived, but he immediately made me feel comfortable. Mo is kind, personable, straightforward, and worked his butt off to make sure I drove away in a car today. Tom Cruz, the GM, is also incredibly friendly and truly engages with customers. He’s not walking around acting untouchable—he introduced himself, shook my hand, and made sure I was being taken care of.
