We had a great experience today all due to our salesman Tiyler Horton! He was very nice and trustworthy. Although the detailers spent an hour and a half “detailing” the car, they did nothing. The car was very dusty, crumbs and items in the center console, they definitely didn’t do any detailing. The only reason it’s still 5 stars is all because Tiyler was a great salesman and is very friendly.

Went in for maintenance. Didn’t even fill up my washer fluid but wanted $70 for a cabin air filter, $80 for a regular air filter, extra for fuel additive and extra for synthetic oil which I have a maintenance plan and my previous sale never charges extra for synthetic. These people have no personality and think you’re stupid. I will never pay anyone to do what I can do myself which is replacing my own filters and putting additive in my own fuel tank. What a joke!

Wanted to shout out the whole Norman Hyundai service dept! I've had my Hyundai Tucson EV for 2yrs now & Brian has been there from day one. The staff of the service dept are courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Whether oil change, tire rotation, Blue Link diagnostic and setup, it's been nothing except solid work. Give the men and women up there a call and make an appointment. Your gonna be glad you did. Thanks, Norman Hyundai!

I bought a car last year. They refused to show me the car I came to see. Insisted I look at a different one that had just been traded in. I was in desperate need of a car so I wasn't in the best position, they had the upper hand. Excused my questions about the price. Only offered money for a trade in, as I was driving away. Informed me that they don't look into any possible issues unless there's an obvious concern with the vehicle. Come to find out after only 1,000 miles the engine burns all the oil to empty and the oil light never comes on. Called about the concern but was made aware there's nothing they will do about it, or even act like they cared. At the time of my visit this dealership was undergoing remodeling. Walked 590 paces two buildings south to their temporary offices. The place was generally clean, friendly staff ready to assist with your car buying experience. Make your research prior to going there or plan camp. It's not an in and out trip. The documentary fee is $699 for cash or $709 if you finance with them. It is better to get your finances in place before going. They add %% to whatever you would qualify for at a local credit Union. My sales guy was nice and cordial. He did not waste my time. It was a good experience.
