I also can confirm, that Norm’s is an honest place. I will certainly be coming here for all future car maintenance needs! I don’t remember the specific person that I spoke with and looked at my car but all my car ended up needing was to just tighten the back car tire guard to resolve the issue. He was honest and didn’t charge me just to tighten the loose screw. Will be coming back here for all car maintenance!
