They're very friendly and patient. I go there often with my husband and the gentleman. I don't know his name, but he's very kind and friendly. You can find everything you need for your towing business 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

Horrible customer service, waited for 20 mins and no one would help me. Just people on their phones and making inappropriate sexual jokes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely THE worst! I would never recommend taking your vehicle to this facility. Paid $1500 to have battery cables improperly in stalled. Driver got 9 miles down the road and cables had melted-- truck lost all power- On a busy highway, for his safety the unit had to be towed. Once this was repaired- discovered electrical is bad so now we are talking another $2500 and more down time... They have refused to pay total amount for this. I went back and forth with them for two weeks only to be told their mechanic says he did not put the cables on wrong.(i have pictures) and they will not argue with me anymore-- they will NOT pay the tow bill, because that's just something they do not do. Roger in service is great. He always seems to find a way not only to charge you for a arm but also a leg. What an amazing know it all...Whom, constantly shows great pride and empathy for overcharging customers for simple service fixes or diagnosis.
