Mike Nestor (Service Manager) and Chris Kovac (Service Advisor) never fails to deliver, they take pride in their work and strives to exceed my expectations, time after time. My 2020 Ford Escape developed series of complex problems and I lived 60 miles away from the service location, guess what ? because of the trust...every time I called. The Norris Ford service team are always there to accommodate my work schedule and take care of the car issues !. I appreciate all they have done for me.

Great parking, seriously sharp professional staff, great auto service work; especially Mr. Eric Coleman, the service manager who has greeted and helped me many times. Complimentary coffee and other refreshments. And great cars and trucks of many makes and models both new and used. A great experience every time I go there to have my car looked over. Go!

My experience was great. I was greeted immediately and the person who assisted me was awesome. I had my vehicle serviced. The time they quoted me was exact and they kept checking on me an provided updates. Wow! Just wow! I will return in the future for sure.

It's always a nice experience. The staff are great to work with and I only waited about an hour and the time limit was 2 and half hours but even still, it was a pleasant wait. With the tv in there and noone was in there I changed the channel to what I like to watch. They have coffee , and a nice vending area for snacks and of course there is always walking around and checking out the new and used vehicles they have for sale. I like getting my vehicle serviced here much more then the other service places around.
