Terrible experience. I went for an oil change last Friday. It was the second time. It started with them not keeping the advertised price (of $50) that they had charged the first time, a few months ago. I paid $75 this time. In the end, they recommended several services, including a transmission fluid change. I didn't do it because I still have 20,000 miles to go. There was even a sticker on the windshield indicating this. When I got in the car, they had ripped off the sticker with this information. And when I complained, they went to the trash and gave me the sticker back. In other words, there was no need for this service. And the sticker was proof of that. Okay. I left. Fernando is THE MOST honest and professional mechanic I’ve ever had. He has never once tried to up charge me, he’s honest and fair, and he patiently explains issues without being condescending or overly technical. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to North Bay Automotive in desperation and not so great financial circumstances. They were beyond kind and understanding. I was and still am humbled by just how much compassion they showed me. I was taken care of with nothing more than handshake as initial payment and I got my car fixed and was on my way. I will always come back here for everything car related. RESPECT and QUALITY of service is EVERYTHING and NORTH BAY AUTOMOTIVE gave me both.

Fernando is a godsend. Every step of my repair was handled with a ton of care and even after there was some issues after the initial repair they took my car back and fixed it super fast. This place does everything including good customer service. This is truly a one-stop shop.
