North Berwick Carwash

Purchased a 20$ soft touch car wash…. Sprayed soap all over my truck and shut off completely. The door opened and it told me to pull out and that my wash was complete. I called the customer service phone # and was sent to voicemail in which I received no call back. Waste of money and I won’t be going back here. Do not recommend this place SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME…

2nd time I tried this car wash and both times a fail and waste of money. I’ve been to many touchless car washes and never experienced a dirty car after the wash! Photos are AFTER photos!! Update after owner's response: What a poor way to deal with a bad review. I use touchless because I don't want other peoples dirt from the brushes wiping down my car. As I said, never a problem with other washes only this one....had a bad first experience and thought I would give them another try to be fair, but had the same bad result again. And FYI, the car was washed 2 weeks ago.

I just paid for a touch less car wash at the North Berwick Car Wash. The machine said, take your receipt but no receipt came out. I proceeded into the wash. It sprayed soap all over my beautiful truck and then the sign turned green and was signalling me to leave. It was 84 degrees out and I didn't want the sun to dry the soap on my truck, so I got out to get help, and slipped and fell on the cement floor. Very upset and angry, I called the customer service number twice and had to leave a message. I paid for another wash and went through the soft touch side to get the soap off my truck. The 'light touch' wash bay did a pretty good job on my truck. I think if it didn't have a clogged spray nozzle, it would have done a great job. I will return for washes in the future.

Went to the car wash and left with a little crack on my windshield and the rest of my windshield looks like it’s been rubbed by rough sand leaving little tiny dinks everywhere, on top of that my car is entirely scratched up now all over. When I called to inform I made an insurance claim for it I was treated horribly and told things such as “I don’t believe a car wash would do that” and whoever I spoke to told me he believed the crack had already been there and I just didn’t notice it. I now have to get my entire windshield replaced and either pay for an expensive paint job or leave the scratches. Whoever I spoke to also never asked for any information such as my name, a number to reach me by, what day and time I was there, literally nothing. And after all that my car is still dirty and the
