Only wish I could give 10 stars. Stopped by there on my way back to Massachusetts. Had a broken item with parts unavailable. Frank, using ingenuity worked on the issue and was able to fix it and did it very quickly. I was very impressed by his skill, honesty and ability to assess the problem and fix it. He described himself as the “MaGyver of mechanics” and I could not agree more. Excellent mechanic and I highly recommend his services!

I had a great experience here! I brought my car in for a NYS inspection and Frank was very friendly. The service were quick and efficient here. I actually went to Anna’s nails next door to get my nails done during inspection - 10/10 recommend !!

5 cars in the family and they all go to NCA. Josh and Franklin are pros that are there to help and take great care of the cars not just gauge for the sake of it. (just an experience I know all to well) But these guys are fair and honest and to find that in North Greenwich / Bedford NY area is RARE.

When my truck started overheating, I pulled into North Castle Automotive, and Josh immediately popped the hood and began investigating. Shortly after, Frankie jumped in, quickly diagnosed multiple issues, and got right on the phone to track down the parts. They worked together seamlessly to get things moving fast and were extremely fair with the pricing. When it got late and the truck wasn’t ready to go, Frankie went above and beyond by setting me up with a loaner vehicle so I could still run my business the next day. Once the repairs were done, he even put the truck on the lift and discovered my ball joints were in desperate need of replacement. He provided video proof to show how bad they were and took care of everything, making sure the truck was perfect before handing it back to me.

Frankie and Josh are great. Everytime I get work on my car they are upfront about repairs, cost and time it would take to fix unlike most shops now a days. Highly recommend.
