Flew down from kansas city to buy an audi s5, no mention of this massive scratch on the trunk. Leaking fluids, low tire pressure light lit up on the dash. That was all after they tried to charge me 1200$ for a "protection package" which is just a dealing fee. Had to call several times to get my 500$ deposit back. All around horrible experience. Now the vehicle is back up on their site 2 days later with no mention of the issues. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with these people.

We would like to say thanks to Jesus Núñez who was very patient with us. He made this process extremely fast for us and answered all our questions. The service department at this dealership is exceptional. They're both professional and personable. Outstanding communication and great vehicle knowledge. They take very good care of me and my Jeep. In my opinion this is the best Dodge Jeep Ram service department in the Metroplex. I drive 38 miles just for the great service I receive a North Dallas Chrysler Dodge Jeep! The service manager is awesome. She keeps her team of mechanics and service advisors on point!

I only came to this dealership to get a trade-in and lease estimate comparison. All inquiry, well that inquiry turned into me getting a 2nd vehicle (leased) all because of the authenticity, genuineness, knowledgeable assistance from Tony, Conner, and Brandon. Tony was not just a salesperson trying to get a sale; he was genuine in conversion not felt pressured, told me the honest straightforward truth and kept the entire process stress and hassle free. Even after I got the vehicle, he organized and coordinated for my Grand Cherokee to be delivered to my home the next day (Saturday morning) rather than coming all the way back to Dallas which was extremely grateful! Conner answered all my questions as it was my first time leasing a vehicle so we explain what was included in the pricing, how l
