North Dallas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Parts Department

This place consistently disappoints when servicing their vehicles. Unable to complete repairs timely and correctly, unable to order correct parts, and most importantly unable to call clients back. Took my Jeep in for an oil change, they recommended additional minor work to keep up with warranty requirements (alignment and fluid flush), it took almost two days. Calling to get a status update and no one could give an ETA. The service writer swears it was done within a couple hours and they left several voice mails. Not on my phone they didn’t.

I put a star on it because it is mandatory but they do not deserve a star, I bought a piece for my jeep wrangler much more expensive than in the Mopar online store. They sold me a defective, damaged part and I got a refund and they didn’t want to do it at last they agreed and told me that they would give me a check because they don’t give cash or card money!! They told me to go in 3 days that my check would be ready and I came back for it and they didn’t have it a week passed and they only told me that they had to send the check somewhere else, I don’t know why being a large agency they can’t make a check that for them is a pittance

I just picked up a car for a transport but I must that I enjoyed there show room

With new management it's the go to place for an honest dignified assessment when you need service on your auto. Very professional and trustworthy.
