North East Auto and Truck Service

I had a turbo put in my 2017 Ford F-350 super duty. Northeast Auto did an excellent job they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Steve the owner came out looked at my truck said he'd take care of it and he did. I drove the truck for the last month no problems at all very happy with the job they did highly recommend Northeast Auto.

Had tires installed , oil change , alignment done! Wow what a difference great crew at north east auto fast and efficient! Highly recommend

I just want to let everyone at Northeast Auto and Truck Service that I appreciate everything they do. As a woman it is so often we are taken advantage of when it comes to auto care. I can tell you that at Northeast I can bring my truck in and know that I will get the service I need and an explanation I understand as to why. I’m given choices on how and when to handle future services my truck may require. The staff is so knowledgeable about all the new technology that many of our vehicles now are equipped with. They also serve older vehicles. My father has a ford truck that’s 27 years old. He has kept it in the best running condition on his own. He is getting up in age and since bringing it to Northeast Auto and Truck he trusts their knowledge and continues to drive his truck today. I recom

If they had 10 stars I would give it to them. My Sprinter RV was damaged and they were so helpful. They fixed "Stella"t during the holidays and made me feel comfortable leaving my RV with them. Mike made me feel calm and he explained all my silly questions. Would recommend work done by this company.

Well I did not have a great experience. The service manager was very commuicative and was able to get me in the day before they went on new years break, which was great. A lot of places would not have done that. We were hoping for something simple and turns out it was not. They made a great effort to find the problem. I found out later there were a lot more problems than originally thought . But it was not a good experience I paid $780 for basically a loose sensor and found out my newly installed actuator was faulty. I don't expect to get free shop time so it is what it is. I just am not happy with the outcome .
