North Fort Lauderdale Subaru Parts Center

I recently purchased a used 2021 WRX at NFL Subaru. After EVERYTHING was signed I was informed that there was only 1 key Fob which definately seemed underhanded. A few weeks later I had to bring the car in for a maintenance issue that was discovered during the test drive. I was told it should only take a couple of days to fix it and I was given a loaner which was great. OVER A WEEK LATER, I had to reach out since I hadn't heard anything. I had to tell them how to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Finally I get the car back and receive an email from the Owner and the Customer Relations Manager. I replied with and extensive detailed email to both of them and have NOTHING. This dealership cares nothing about the customer.
