I brought my Jeep Cherokee to North 40 Fleet Services for a simple heater core flush. On the phone, Derek (the owner) told me it would be about an hour and a half of labor and that he’d cut his shop rate, which sounded fair. The next morning he was very communicative about a coolant leak and a hood latch issue, so I initially felt good about the experience. But when it came time to discuss the bill, he refused to give me clear pricing over the phone or send an estimate/invoice by email. When I arrived to pay, he told me “worst case” it would be around $500. The bill was over $600. He also said he had put four hours of labor into it and replaced the thermostat something he never called to ask permission for. 5 stars because I can't leave 6. Had my plow truck go down with a water pump leave the chat. Had it towed up to Derek and they found the water pump bearing did in fact decide to retire along with a couple pulleys and a hose clamp. Got it all taken care of and now I have hot heat again and no coolant leaking. Will be back after the snow season to to up pipes and glow plugs and harnesses and whatever else needs to be done. Can't recommend enough

They were very thorough, kind, and quick. Did the proper tests with care and replaced only the parts necessary. Charged a very fair price for labor and parts. Highly recommend, and will be using this company for future services. Knowledgeable gentlemen who take pride in their work.

The best bathroom I have ever been to in a mechanic shop! 10/10 will use again! Also, they did a great job fixing my truck. They are very knowledgeable and gave me great service. I am an extremely happy customer.
