Probably the best mechanic I've ever used. His rates are likely the best in the area. He's a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Everything was throughly explained. There was zero unnecessary repairs. He didn't try to upsell me into something that wasn't necessary. A warranty was also included on my parts. On top of all this, he performed several safety checks that most places do not. A very detailed printed report was inlcuded as well as physically showing me the damaged parts that were replaced. Thanks again! Will be going back for any of my needs.

Chris worked on my 1998 Dodge truck and did an excellent job. It blew a head gasket and was over heating. He went threw it all and did some much need repairs. It now run almost like new for it's age.

Chris at North Idaho Auto Repair worked on my Ford Expedition a few weeks back and I was so impressed!!! Not only did he go above and beyond, fixing other little things for me but he also did the work same day! I had my car towed to him and picked it up the next day for a very reasonable price! I will definitely be a returning customer. He's great!

I submitted a request through the North Idaho Auto Repair website for an estimate to get my AC system inspected, serviced and recharged. I got a response from Chris pretty quickly with a very reasonable cost estimate. I also had some other questions regarding the service and subsequently called Chris, who answered my call, took the time to answer all of my questions and was very friendly and professional the entire time. I then scheduled a drop off date and time with him as he was very accommodating regarding my schedule. When I dropped off my vehicle, meeting Chris was a pleasure. He was again, very friendly, polite and professional. He took the time to verify with me the work he was going to perform, the time frame it was going to take and informed me that he would contact me if any

My truck is in there right now getting some work done. Chris is very personable and knowledgeable. He also has a few Ford certifications as well as his other certifications. Which works for me since I drive a Ford LOL. I will update my review when my truck is finished. I'm sure I'm only going to add Even More Great things about this shop and Chris. We do so many reviews of places that are not the greatest to warn people about. We should all put just as much energy into the places that are doing amazing especially in a small town. It is nice when you are able to support your local businesses.
