DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NORTH JACKSON AUTO SALES FROM KEVIN!!! I’m in the process of filing complaints to BB. I have got 2 cars from here, he sold me both car with transmission problems. Kevin gave me a 30 day warranty and avoided till the warranty was over so he didn’t have to repair. I went by location and called several times and received no answer, I purchased my 1st vehicle in December and had to put brakes on it immediately and it pulled up codes like I said he avoided car started giving me problems at the end of April he traded he out of that car in May for a car that was having issues from the beginning he told me to go to his mechanic, his mechanic lied to me never met with me avoided me till those 30 days were up, now that car transmission is having problems and was having problems

Truly satisfied with vehicle and service! My dad was not able to walk well that day. They completed all the paperwork details and came to him with the paperwork on a clipboard to explain and for him to sign. Kelvin and his daughter are doing a great job. I purchased a vehicle in 2023 from him and was very satisfied with that purchase also.

Honorable people here. A local, family operation. Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, but would highly recommend working with North Jackson Auto as they are honest, good people, who will work with you for your needs. I was able to inspect each vehicle to my fullest standard of comfortability, and I will definitely look to them if I am in need of a vehicle in the future.

Kelvin Williams of North Jackson Auto Sales sold me the vehicle under the impression that it was a good vehicle for my children and I. After only having the truck a little over a month, everything starts to break down on it. Had Chevrolet and mechanic look at the vehicle only to find it's been rigged to sale. The heater hoses went out which made truck run hot, oil leak, breaks went out, back breaks were scrubbing metal to metal. The biggest issue is the electrical problems and that's the reason for the driver side mirror being burnt because wires got too hot, which I asked the dealer what happened to the mirror before I got the truck and he did not inform me of this. The truck has been in an accident but they fixed it and painted it the color it should be. No the accident doesn't show on t
