I am absolutely appalled by the unbelievably poor customer service I experienced. The employee I spoke with Robin displayed an unprofessional, rude, and outright hostile attitude, leaving me shocked and deeply disappointed. Her behavior was not only unacceptable but also a complete disservice to anyone seeking assistance. It is astonishing that a company in this industry would allow such a toxic and unhelpful representative to interact with potential clients. If this is how they handle a simple inquiry about commercial vehicle insurance, I can only imagine the nightmare of actually doing business with them. An utterly disgraceful experience.

I went recently, the young lady who is usually there was always assisting and make sure I had insurance and all was good and legal. This time she wasn't there and the other lady was there and we all waited for quite some time as she was the only one there. Let's talk about being loud so everyone can here what's going on with your personal business. Then knowing I need insurance to clear a sanction by FLHighway she gave me a list of their insurance they contract with for the most outrageous prices. With extreme down payment deposit. I went on my own and got a cheaper deal with progressive the same people she showed me. From $500 something that she quoted me to $342 a month with the same company. So always get a second look if you don't trust the prices.

Would not recommend. I helped my father receive car insurance at this location and paid for 6 months in full to receive a lower rate as opposed to paying monthly. We were never informed that we needed to enroll in paperless communication in order to receive a discount. My father received a payment/late fee but never got the notice via mail and could not locate it in his email. If I had known prior, I would have been on top of it. When I tried to ask assistance Neither Daniella or Robyn were able to assist as Progressive informed us that we would need to go directly to the agency/agents. Please go elsewhere!!!!!!!! You will not get assisted or refunded for THEIR wrongdoing.

If your not the right color and want a company to work with you if your situation is at more than one residence run from this office. The older man who should be RETIRED refused to assist with a policy because I go back and forth from here and California! No company ever ask that when you get a quote. I offered that information I could easily register both cars here! No assistance to be strategic horrible service. Apparently for 45 years!

More than an hour late, poor service too when asked to read odometer and VIN.
