Took a brand new uncut key fob to be programmed to North MS AutoMotive in Ripley,MS to be programmed. They could NOT program it and was charged $98.95 for the unsuccessful attempt… Holy Keys Locksmith in Tupelo was able cut the key and program the exact same key successfully, and they even apologized for the unfair service requirement from North MS AutoMotive which isn’t a company that is even associated with them. Holy Keys Locksmith is the Absolute Greatest, Ethically and Professionally in my opinion!!!

Got screwed on vehicle and I'm on disability. Now refuse to park my paid for vehicle outside gate so I can load it and been over a month and still no title to said vehicle. Had to get wrecker to go get vehicle cause Greg Moss refused to fix vehicle or park it outside lot so I could pick it up with getting in trouble for trespassing or whatever he had in mind. Long story short inspect vehicle and get inspection report before purchasing any vehicle from this company . Well bad tires plus windshield wiper hose was gone plus few other things like NOT MENTIONING THE EXTRA FEE I HAD TO PAY AFTER I ASKED TOTAL COST ON VEHICLE BEFORE I WENT TO THE BANK !!!!!!! VERY POOR DEALERSHIP AND DOES NOT CARE FOR THE PEOPLE, JUST THE MONEY ......

Was very easy to deal with. Communication was excellent , prices were more than fair, friendly staff, and service department was some of the best I ever dealt with. Will be coming back!! Thank you North MS Automotive.
