I would like to thank Jacob Blanco for his great efforts during the purchase process of my new vehicle. Jacob went above and beyond explaining in detail what was best for me and my needs. The Lexus team has a valuable member and should be recognized for such exceptional customer service he brings for both his potential clients and business.

Excellent customer services. I cannot emphasize enough on how they go above and beyond to create a very positive experience for all guests. Starbucks is always available free of cost while you wait. Free car wash while vehicle is being services.

Service is lacking, told me 2 hrs to change oil. Didnt even begin to service the car till after 2 hrs. So much for customer transparency. If I was informed it was going to take 3+ hours for a simple oil change I would have waited and done another day.

To the Vice President Mr. Jose Contreras, I want to thank you for having Kevin and James at the Lexus RGV , San Juan, Texas as part of your team in making this location one of the best places to purchase a car the courtesy customer relations of Kevin’s Customer Service is excellent ! Another important Advisor department is James , took the time to having my car wash with a customer courtesy which is very convenient while I’m there. Thank you guys! The only place that needs customer support is at the coffee place , bad service and cold cookies 🍪 not freshly baked! Thank you 😊
