Very strait forward and honest. I highly recommend these guys. I’m having trouble with my catalytic converter and they were able to address all my needs and concerns in a way that was super simple to understand. I was blown away by the hospitality, patience and professionalism. They went above and beyond in their explanations and details with everything involved, very thorough where other shops didn’t explain ANYTHING. There’s a reason these guys are rated at 4.9. It shows!

I had an unexpected nail in my tire one morning that hindered my commute. I scrambled to find a place that would see if it’s able to be patched when my coworker recommended NorthRoad. John & his team are an absolute delight & so thorough. I’m so glad they were able to help me on such short notice. It’s comforting to have a spot I trust with my car around my place of work since it’s far from home. They have a customer in me for life while I’m around here.

North Road Auto was recommended to my daughter by her coworkers at Marist, and I’m so glad she passed the name along to me. I brought in my Volvo for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, nothing unusual. I had been going to another mechanic for over 10 years and even gave them a five-star review at one point. I clearly trusted them. But looking back, they should’ve told me they don’t really work on Volvos. North Road found that a seal was missing from my last oil change (done at the other place), and oil had leaked all over the undercarriage. They explained exactly what happened, showed me what they found, cleaned it up without charging me extra, and just got it done right. They also let me know I needed a new air filter, which should’ve been replaced by Volvo when I bought

I walked in for inspection and was taken care of immediately. Taken my car there twice before and I have no complaints at all. Very trustworthy in my opinion.
