North Salina Car Wash

Some of the equipment didn't work. It didn't feel very safe and there was no way to get anything done unless you had $1 or $5 bills. I had a $10 and cards and had to just leave Edit: I see your reply but I cannot reply back so I'm adding an edit. Based on your response, do I have the right place? The place I went to said it was North Salina Car Wash on Google Maps but it is on the other side of Lemoyne Ave (1524 N Salina St). If that's not you, I'll take down the review. If it is you, I suggest you check your equipment as one of the vacuums' hose had the end ripped off. The other machines didn't take cards. The change machine only took $5 and $1. I wasn't interested in a wash but the people over there washing their cars on the other side of Lemoyne looked happy.

Experience in the car wash was pretty good, only issue there was there was always a ton of spots when it dried. The low stars are mainly because the membership mentioned getting tokens with each wash. I received none at all. I thought that maybe they are electronic tokens similar to the scan for car wash, but found nothing on my account. I reached out via contact info on the site but have not heard back for months.the tokens were a big reason I did the membership, so this feels like false advertisement

I bought the $17 car wash package that was supposed to give me a car vacuum token, but I never received it. Also, a lot of water still left over on the vehicle after the air dry. I even tried calling the place multiple times for help, but no one answered. I have to say, very disappointed with the service.

Spent $16 on a wash and left half of my car still dirty! New update is awful. Who can I ask speak to about this matter ? Definitely won’t be getting my business again if this doesn’t get resolved

I’ve been going to North Salina Car Wash for years. The quality of their touchless auto wash is great and with the recent updates to the car wash, I’ve become an unlimited member.
