I'd like to first share that I have had unfortunate luck in the past few years with my vehicles resulting in several visits to various other body shops throughout Chattanooga. While some were par, others painful, I can speak with experience that the team at North Shore is absolutely the talent of the town. Setting up and availability to begin the work. 10/10. - Constant communication and almost immediate input was available. Work started almost immediately after. Project communication through duration. 15/10 - Complete transparency, and an obvious drive to make sure I felt in the know at all times. Kim was absolutely stellar with her regular updates. We recently used North Shore Auto to get my car fixed after a pretty big deer hit it. Scott was awesome, he kept us updated on the progress throughout the repair and got the car back to us on the date he said. I had an issue after picking up my car (not related to the repairs they had already completed) and they told me to come back in and took care of me quickly. We are very pleased with the work they did!! The amazing customer service made the whole process as seamless as it could be! Would highly recommend this shop!
