I recently was in an accident in which someone hit me on the interstate, no fault of my own. I then had to work with the other person's insurance and this was an absolute nightmare. Luckily I took my car to NSC for an estimate and got myself connected with Max. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He was able to explain to me, in ways that made sense, my rights when dealing with the insurance company as a claimant. They eventually tried to total out my car without providing any documentation and were doing other fishy things that led me to use my own insurance. If youre considering going someplace else for car repairs...DON'T! I went in today to get my mirror fixed because I thought it needed to be replaced, but Max just said they'd glue it and put in back in place, free of charge. I obviously tipped still. But it was so nice to meet and converse with such a genuine human being. The owners and mechanics are great! Highly recommend!

Had some repair done to my 2016 Jeep Patriot, The repair was very cost. Efficient and the results were amazing, as if nothing ever happened to my vehicle. Very friendly, knowledgeable Mechanics. Great service, great staff, great quality and great owners. They’ve done repair work, service work and every referral sent they’ve treated them extremely well. No other company comes to mind when it comes to insurance claims work or even when I have a simple issue. Max is an all around great guy!!

Scraped up the side bumper cover on our CR-V and brought it in to NSC to see what they thought. Very much appreciated Max's perspective that it wasn't worth replacing given no damage to sensors and mostly superficial damage. He quickly cleaned off the paint and made it look great and sent me on my way. I will 100% be a NSM customer moving forward given their conservative perspective on things like this. Very personable and friendly, and appreciating the focus on relationship building.
