North Star Motors

I have been a client of Rich at North Star Motors since he took over 5 years ago, actually for 9 years now, because I started when the previous owner had it. I have always appreciated and respected the service Rich provides. He honest and is vested in his clients. They become a part of his family. I have never come away as a unsatisfied Client. Rich always takes the time to explain every step of the process. Today I came in because my window Mechanism on my driver side broke. I also needed my B Service. I love the way Rich pays attention to the small details of his clients cars and his clients in general. As long as I am a Mercedes-Benz car owner, Rich will be my mechanic.

Can’t say enough good things about the North Star team! I had bought a car from Carvana and they were able to squeeze me in to do post purchase inspection (only had a limited amount of time for that to get done). They did a really thorough job and found one small problem and even started the claim to get it fixed that day! We will definitely be back with our other vehicles! Thank you North Star!

The owner is honest, considerate, and just an all-around great person. I was traveling from Los Angeles to Oregon and found myself in a tough spot, and he went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. You can tell right away that he’s extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz vehicles, but what really sets him apart is how genuine, caring, and thoughtful he is — something that’s rare to find in this industry. Top notch service always! I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and always satisfied and grateful I found them! I live further away now and the 3 hrs to get here is worth it. The lounge area is nice and cozy now too and the restroom is like a mini museum! So many cool old images and memorabilia! And my dog loves the guys too! :)

Traveling on road from Canada to California and hit a large pothole doing some damage to the undercarriage. Went to North Star Motors at 8:15 expecting a repair later in the day with Mercedes bill. The repair was completed within 30 minutes and no charge. I’ve owned Mercedes for over 45 yrs. and this experience was exceptional.
