Thanks to Erin's professionalism and advice on the phone, I was given excellent service and got new tires here. Great teamwork of employees, excellent quality service! Before I even arrived Erin had already sent someone out to pick up my size tires, reducing my wait time, and giving my overall experience an A+ I will be coming here, all the way from West Sacramento now for all of my automotive needs! Jeff and Omar are awesome. I have been going to these guys for over 5 years now. I own a Chevy Suburban and they are fair priced and explain everything before they do it. There is never an unseen expense with these guys. They have given me awesome customer services and are very friendly and love to joke around. There staff is amazing they know me well. I recommend you go there and try them out. But it is an auto shop - not an up scale department store. If you want fancy - go to the dealership and pay extra. Bottom line!! Thanks North Star Auto!!!!

I go to Northstar for all my automotive needs, they are always very professional and friendly, and are priced competitively. Malik and Jeff are very pleasant to talk to and always offer the best advice and service. Most importantly, they never force themselves to upsell and put you in an uncomfortable position. Their technical staff is good to and know what they are doing. I'd definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

NORTH HIGHLANDS TIRE PROS now First time I have been a customer at this shop, and they did a very thorough inspection and e-mailed me the report along with recommendations from the service tech. I was already aware of every issue reported, but only needed to get the car running again, so I asked for a quote on that plus fixing the recent fuel leak. It was exactly what I had expected (ignition control module), and the quote seemed a little high, so I checked online to see how much I could get the part for....significantly less. I told Jeff of my findings, so he offered to try and find a less expensive source. Within just a few minutes he called back with a new, much lower quote, but informed me that part had a shorter warranty. I told him that was fine since I was on a limited budget for th
