North Star Towing is the best! I got a flat tire in Blue Lakes - I called a bunch of other companies around the area, but North Star was available right away. Ruben called and let me know he was on his way - he showed up when he said he would and was super professional. So grateful for North Star! Excellent service and value - if you need a tow, call Ruben!!

Most unprofessional towing company I have ever experienced, dropping vehicles off at my shop. I have a specific tow drop off system in place to ensure no property damage to my shop, customer vehicles, and tow company vehicles. When attempting to inform the driver of how I wanted him to drop off a customers vehicle…. The driver became aggressive and started shouting obscenities and flipping me off….. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! He then proceeded to do exactly the opposite of what was asked of him and drove off yelling and screaming obscenities. Unfortunately this tow truck company is no longer allowed on my property and police will be called if they do again step foot here. Very shameful way to do business. So, I’m a bit crazy and I like to take my little nissan versa off roading. This time I pushed her a little too far up a mountain where a ball joint and cv axle failed. Lucky for me North Star was willing to come get us and bring us back to civilization. We seriously had the best tow truck driver save the day. He was really surprised at how far we got, I think we broke some sort of record. Anyway, I highly recommend this towing company. They will take great care of you and your vehicle. Just maybe don’t drive as far as I did.

We were broke down in Williams and called our insurance company to get a tow back to Lakeport and they couldn’t find anybody to tow us back until they contacted Norstar towing and recovery.
