I could not be happier with my experience at North State Custom. They replaced the hood and windshield on my 2026 Tesla Model Y, and the quality of their work is truly outstanding. They use original Tesla parts, and the results look flawless. The car looks like it just came from the factory. Neil, Marisa, and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to getting everything perfect made the entire process smooth and stress free. They kept me updated throughout the repair and showed how much pride they take in their work. If you need collision repair or Tesla work, this is the place to go. A true five star experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in a fender bender on Valentine’s Day this year and I was honestly pretty distraught when it happened. Even though the people in the other car were incredibly kind and understanding, I was still very shaken up. The best body shop in the state.. these guys are certified by every manufacturer and to have the Audi , BMW, and Mercedes certs are elite.. these guys know their stuff. Extremely responsive and well respected and smart and detailed. Very close attention to details

I have brought my Tesla Model 3 a couple of months back for collision repair. To be honest, I was scared of bringing my vehicle to a unfamiliar area since I live in Danbury CT. Especially with Tesla vehicles, not many shops repair Tesla vehicles. However, North state customs did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Avi did an amazing job coordinating my vehicle repair and keeping me informed on what needs to be done and why it needs to be repaired. I would recommend to any Tesla vehicles that needs repairing. They know how to handle these vehicles
