North Trail RV Staff: Great experience, no hassle or hard sales tactics. Mark who did my walk through was great and based on our findings the relevant issues with the coach were resolved.Expereiced a Tag error on delivery, but Mark made note of it and follow through was completed and I received confirmation today that Freighliner was engaged and replaced a relay that was found defective. Problems on these coaches exist no matter the age or maintenance record. The Discovery LXE I purchased was presented as it was and was acceptable based on items in the walkthrough being addressed. This was a cash purchase and all warranty items were discussed with my business manager, Matt Richter. I actually enjoyed working with Matt as he was attentive and low key. Overall a great experience to purchase

North Trail RV is the absolute best place to buy an RV. I bought many and the staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sales consultant Kurt Ardalan was a great salesman. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Renegades. Kurt got us a great deal and continued to check on us after the sale. When we upgrade, we will be back to North Trail RV and deal with Kurt. He is so patient and a hell of a nice guy! Honorable mention goes to Sales Consultant Tracy “Bama” Elliott. Bama teamed up with Kurt and is also a great asset to North Trail and their customers. Absolutely the easiest folks to deal with, period. We are buying a coach and selling an Airstream. We have talked to several dealers and found several coaches but since we are in Ft Meyers this week we decided to check them out. Our salesman, Brian Coke, took the time to do an interview and determine what would best fit our lifestyle. He then took us directly to the perfect coach. We looked at some after the fact just to ensure that we had chosen correctly and we had. The price was in line with the other dealers we had spoken to, at JD Power average retail. Which is very fair considering they gave us a great trade allowance on our Airstream. The best part? It was exactly 1 year ago we met John Augeri and the North Trail Team at the Tampa RV Show. Our first experience and we had made a decision at this stage of our life to upgrade to a Motorhome. We looked at many over days narrowing to American Coach and Newmar. Being from Charleston, SC, working with a dealer in S. Fla at first made no sense. However, the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the Newmar, as well as their rep at this show, as well as the knowledgeable and non-pushy attitude of our salesman, John, made it a no brainer. Our buying experience for our new 2026 Newmar custom order Essex has been nothing but a great experience. I would like to share my experience buying a 2026 Newmar Mountain Aire 4118 from Eric Martinez at North Trail RV. First, let me say that I am a very detail-oriented person with extremely high standards.
