I honestly enjoyed my interactions with this company. I love the 2006 Pathfinder I bought. All the annoying little things that sometimes come with a used car we're fixed before I picked it up! The owner is an easy guy to work with. Great experience, nice people.

Selling junk for higher prices than I found at Lithia. Went here because we were looking for something reasonable for a young family member. The vehicle (a Toyota) had problems on the test drive. The owner accused us of creating the problem and said he might bill us for repairs. This place sells junk and should not be trusted. On a whim we went to Lithia and found a Toyota that was several years newer and priced lower than the junk car at North Valley Auto. This place relies on gullible shoppers, I would advise people to stay as far away as possible.

I bought a vehicle here and the liner needed to be fixed and I asked him about it and he said he would take care of it before I bought it. So all the paperwork got done I take my car back to get fixed and when I come back all they did was glue the sides of the liner. There were Staples in the top of it. So it really had not gotten fixed. I looked at the Blue Book value and the vehicle I bought was actually $2,000 less than what I paid for it. So I overpaid $2,000 for the vehicle I bought.

This is another one of those mom-and-pop home town car lot's. If you're building your credit this is one of those places you want to go to. Junior's / North Valley Auto all these kind of place's are to build your credit . or for those first time buyer . . . They typically want around to Grand down or so. that's something to keep in mind. If you go to trade in your car you better have something special. because they're not going to give you much for it . if you have a junker or average blah sedan well....they want to see that money. I'm not being negative that's just the way it is and I just think you should know. The way this place is set up it's pretty car's are in the front which is no surprise right next to the street, and as you go back you see the deals with more scratches and a lot
