This shop turned out to be one of the most infuriating and stressful experiences I’ve ever had as a car owner. I brought my vehicle in for what should’ve been a straightforward part replacement, only to find myself dealing with the exact same problem barely two months later. Out of sheer desperation, I took it to another mechanic—where I was told the part had to be replaced again because the installation I got here was so poor that it made my car unsafe to drive. The amount of frustration, fear, and disbelief I felt in that moment is hard to put into words.
