We came to the store about a month ago for a pre-purchase inspection on a car we were considering. They did a very thorough and honest inspection, helping us understand all the issues with the car. Their honesty saved us a lot of money, as the seller was trying to hide problems that we would not have noticed otherwise. I really appreciate the service they provided, and I highly recommend them!

- Went to get low profile tires mounted onto new rims. - said they can do it. - Unprofessional. Was speaking with one of the tech and then he got distracted and talk to someone else and left me waiting. - Said $35 per tire then after $175 so quoting was inconsistent. - incompetent. Attempted to get tires on the rims and found they couldn't do it because tires were "too hard". - frustrated that I told them to put material back into the car. - after leaving, I found scratches on the brand new rims and they had the audacity to charge me $15 for one valve stem. - go somewhere else that offer better service and professionalism

I called to see if they could do a crankshaft position relearn procedure ( 20 min job with a tech 2 scanner if not less) they said they have to look at it, ok no problem. I get there and they plug their scanner in and try to tell me it’s the sensor. (It’s not) I explain to them this a normal thing to happen when you replace the ecm. They ask well why you do that? I respond cause the old one was bad could you do it or not. They insisted that they have to take this apart and blah blah when I told them only thing you need is a tech 2 scanner, I told them I have the procedure from Chevy themselves explaining how to do it. But they try to get me. Realizing they don’t know what they doing I took my car and left. Be wary using this shop. The fact I’m telling you and have proof of what needs to b
