Jen and Nina were spectacular! Out of the 2 other dealerships I visited, Northeast auto being my 3rd, they were the most thorough, consistent, and promising business! So glad I stopped by!

Leased a 2014 Audi q5 almost a year ago since the day I brought it home it’s caused nothing but problems!! The same day I drove it from Bedford heights to Lorain the check engine light comes on leaking oil and needs a new gasket seal and some pipe needed fixed $680 for that then four months after that axle breaks and is leaking again that’s another $500!! After the mechanic looked under the hood everything was botched and has after market parts smh!! But as a first time car buyer at 23, them knowing how bad I wanted this car they denied any issues. So after i got it home I called them all they had to say was buy here pay here once its off the lot nothing they could do! I’d NEVER recommend anyone to this place, very unprofessional communication sucks and all of there cars are junk making us

Hello my experience with Northeast Auto Gallery was beyond words. I had no clue how to buy my car to finance it. The service given for when I strolled in the parking lot was awesome. The inside is cozy and quiet and very welcoming. Both Jennifer and Nina I appreciate their help so much. If anyone has any questions on how to understand the financial aspect of what you’re going to pay call for Jennifer, I trusted everything she said. Nina is just so sweet and provided me with a welcoming smile the whole time I was there. The owner is very nice as well. Please stop here THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

We live in Virginia and this was the first experience buying a car in another state…and let me tell you, in my 59 years of life I’ve never had such a wonderful experience than with Northeast Auto Gallery in Ohio! Our sale gal Jen is the person to see, that treats you with kindness and respect, there to help even across states! Wow is all I need to say. She made a stressful experience into a GREAT experience. Thanks again. We are so happy with our “new” to us VW Bug!

I recently purchased a car and my experience was fantastic. I found the car on line stopped in everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was quick, easy and I drove out in my new car. Much more pleasant than a big box dealership. Highly recommend.
