Derek came in on a Saturday when the shop is usually closed so my husband and I could test drive a couple vehicles on the lot. He was very patient, polite and professional. He treated us very well and made sure all of our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing a JDM 1998 Honda Civic from them and hope to be a repeat buyer in the future. I bought an Imperial Crown convertible from Northeast Auto and shortly after the Post Office lost the package with all the paper work. Northeast took it upon themselves to go back to all the neccessary parties/DMV and get new paperwork even though it wasn't their fault. Thank you Northeast Auto Imports!

I can only say good things about Derek and Northeast Auto Imports. If there was an option to give 6 stars out of 5, I would. I was looking for a van w/ specific specs and Derek had one coming in. He answered every single one of my questions (there were a lot of questions, sorry about that lol), sent videos of the van when he had them and all-around is a great guy. I flew across the country & picked up the van sight-on-seen and drove it all the way back to Seattle. I would *never* do this if I did not trust him and his company. He operates from a place of openness and just generally being a good person. My battery died a few days after I drove away and he paid for the new battery install without any hesitation. I'm used to dealers being shady and trying to rip you off....Not here! You canno
