Out of this world customer service. Beyond what one could expect. I went in to get two tires put on (super small customer), they gave great advice and when I dropped my car off. They even gave me a ride home and OFFERED TO PICK ME UP (i didnt take that since they had already done so much). I am not surprised this place has a 5 star rating, im just upset I didnt go there sooner.

Started going to them in 2024 and they’re the best mechanics I’ve ever had. They are always willing to work with you until the issue is resolved. The communication is good, you can definitely feel that they’re a local business. Their prices are the same as most mechanics but they are very efficient, which I appreciate.

11/10! Working with Northeast Auto over the past few years has been amazing for both of our cars. They are caring, transparent, and always go above and beyond for their customers. If you want a mechanic you can truly trust, this is the place to book an appointment.

My son brought his car here, and they were very fair in their fees, professional, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with our experience here and will return in the future for our automotive needs!
