Northeast Detailing

In the past 7 years, I’ve had northeast detailing do a handful of different jobs on several different vehicles. The honest communication, wealth of knowledge and apparent display of expertise this husband and wife team exhibit will never cease to amaze me. They are both down to earth, friendly and honest. Also they both happen to be a joy to speak with! I always enjoy working with them and always leave with a smile. Told Chris I wanted my car to look like new again. He said he could do that for around $2k. Chris kept talking about add-ons. Now I am up to $3,950. Chris said it would take 2-3 days. He said would update me through the process. Never updated me other then it's taking longer and will be in touch. Said the removal of old ppf was taking longer (an extra day or two) He had my car for 12 days. Also charged me more then what we agreed upon. He also pointed out blemishes that he said would be gone with paint correction. When I picked up my car I noticed the spots were still there and thought paint correction was going to fix it. He said he can't do paint correction for all spots. I'm thoroughly disappointed that I spent $4k to have my car look just "ok" on top of having my car for 12 days vs 2-3

Very positive experience working with Kris and Stephanie. Had my new car shipped directly from Florida to their shop and they were very accommodating. Car was a little grubby from the shipping process but was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. PPF of the front end and ceramic coating on entire car looked amazing. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

I was looking for a high end detail for my 2010 Audi without the astronomical prices. This place delivered just that! My 15 year old dirty and scratched Audi came back from a Gold package cleaning to looking great! It's now an absolute pleasure to drive and easy to keep up with cleaning. The owners were very accommodating with my tight schedule to get the car in for the detail. They stayed 2 hours later than normal to finish my vehicle so that I could pick it up before leaving on a business trip. Highly recommend!

I got the front end of my car wrapped to protect it from salt/sand/rocks and it looks great! Kris and Steph made perfect recommendations based on what I wanted and my driving habits. Amazing work and service. Highly recommend!
