Northeast Express Carwash

I normally go to suds factory car wash right off of Route one, but the line is always crazy long, and my car never gets completely dry. This car wash is three dollars cheaper, there’s no line, and I feel like the wash did a fine job. At suds they don’t towel dry your car either and here they did. They had a high-pressure wash in the beginning of the tunnel, but the guy didn’t use it. Wish they had. Regardless, almost likely be back for a quicker and cheaper alternative to suds.

Horrible. Don't get anything but the cheapest wash bc I paid for the full wash and the car was still dirty. Guys took prob 30 seconds to wipe the car after the wash. Less than the bare minimum. I took an extra 30-40 min after wiping the car and wheels which they were supposed to do. That's aside from the hour + I took to clean and vacuum before the wash. Plus I tipped the guy. No idea why. Went back asked for at least a partial refund bc the car was still dirty and dude refused. Free vacuums are cool. Othereise bad service and not worth paying extra for w/e they claim they are giving you

They not wash good and also when you go in they can tell you to buck up so they not want to wash ur car As I told you, your employee won't wash my car by making me walk back from the line. Don't act like you don't understand anything and don't show your intelligence. Your employee has no respect.

Excellent experience with this guy's, first time here, not expensive very quick wash with quality service. Vacuum free which is very good.

I never leave bad reviews but this one has to be mentioned to everyone Worst car wash experience and specially at small business employees who don’t care about anything we came around 5:20 pm to do regular car wash two cars and they let us in to do regular wash once done when we parked the car for vacuum and start doing vacuum in two mins they closed the vacuum. Asked why vacuum is closed they said we close vacuum at 5:30 pm. I asked the location says 6 pm. He said yes but vacuum closed at 5:30 pm. We asked you should have informed us that prior taking our car for regular wash and asked how he can expect us that to just wash but no vacuum. He said that’s not my problem said go somewhere else. We totally understand that all business have hours to close everyone work hard and want to go hom
