Northeast tire is a great source for larger specialty tires. I tore a tire on my Case 580 and needed to replace both rear ties before the next snowfall. They were the best price by a healthy margin and they had them in stock, mounted, and ready within 48 hours.

Been going to Northeast Tire for many years. And have been extremely happy. I have noticed lately that the service has changed and not in a positive way. Maybe the store is short staffed? Even though you must keep your customer service in check. Loyal customers are the life blood of business. Please don’t lose me!!!!!

I went there today 11/19/2025. With atv tires ,they said snow tire season very busy but just come on down and drop them off and if we can fit them in between appointments no problem. Well here's the awesome part. I went after work explained I took them to a different tire store and they couldn't get them to seat on the rim so lm screwed. No problem she said dropped them off at garage door 5 nicest guy ever helped me bring them in and assured me they would get it done. This was 3.15 I got home at 4.00 at 4.o5 got called all done ✔️ 😑 pick up tomorrow friken amazing service. You'll have my whole family's business forever!!!!.thank you so much for your absolutely amazing customer service you made me feel like I was a personal friend the way you all treated me

Used to love this place. The did an alignment on semi new tires and went for an inspection a few months after and need new tires because none wore out for misalignment. The wanted me to pay full price too despite them doing the bad alignment

Great service. We bought a used RAV4 a couple years ago that had pretty wimpy tires on it. The team at NTS have repaired the same tire twice for us at no cost! They obviously care about customer service and safety. (Buying 4 new snow tires from them next Wednesday.) Speaking of customer service, while I was waiting for my tire repair today, some guy in a fancy car came in and was just rude and obnoxious to the woman running the front desk. She handled this guy very professionally. Personally, I would have told him to scram. So if they're nice to the people with lousy manners, think how well they'll treat you if you're a normal human being who knows how to behave in society!
