Northeastern Tire & Auto/RV Repair

We stopped for lunch in Ely, Nevada on our way to Washington State pulling our loaded car hauler when my husband noticed that the metal plate holding the trailer hitch receptacle to our truck was failing. A couple of locals recommended Northeastern Tire & Auto/RV so we went there. They didn't have time to repair it that afternoon, but fit us in their schedule first thing the next morning. They spent hours fixing it better than original and got us back on the road. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and skilled. I HIGHLY recommend them and their work.

Traveling from AZ to ID. Ely NV, i noticed at Loves truck stop a big problem with my rear axle on my trailer. Grease everywhere. I knew my bearing had failed. Wheel was very very hot. Went into Love's and asked if i could spend the night in the parking lot and who did work on trailers in town. These Ladies were very helpful. Thanks to them. They gave me three business cards. I chose Northeastern Tire. Next morning I drove easy and slow to their shop, before it opened. Open at 8. By 8:15 they had me backing onto the work area. It needed all new parts, which they had. 3 hours or so later they had meticulously replaced it all. The gentleman working on it (in very cold weather) never complained once about the cold or anything. Man's man, just working along, could've done it in his sleep. Also

If you want excellent customer service and friendly people to help you when you get stranded in your RV in Ely, come to this shop. Overall a wonderful experience all thanks to the great guys here at Northeastern tire. Fixed our diesel engine after it needed a regen and new alternator and even gave us recommendations on what to do/where to eat. Overall we are blessed to have been helped by the wonderful guys here. Had two tires blow on our 47 foot horse trailer in a matter of 4 hours. Had Steven help us out by checking our brakes and installing our spare tire for us. Was his Anniversary and still took his time to make sure he got us going again. He also checked up on us hours later. His advice to go from a 215 to a 235 tire ended up being great advice. Thank you to Steven and his family for being so helpful and supportive to get us up and on our way delivering our horses down to Arizona! Very fair prices from a trustworthy shop.

A local recommended I come here after noticing my hitch was on upside down and was unsafe for my vehicle. The team here was fast, so nice and helped me get on the road safely! I appreciate this place so much! Highly recommend.
