I was in Crivitz on vacation when my truck broke down and needed a new engine. I pulled into Northen Automotive and Austin was able to get my truck looked at immediately, rare these days! I researched multiple options to have the engine replaced and determined I had through sheer luck pulled into the best place to do that in Crivitz. After replacing the engine Austin suggested I change the oil in the new engine after 1000 miles. I decided to take it back to Northern Automotive and have the first oil change done with the new motor there. When I went to pay Austin, he said it was "on the house"! I was stunned! Overall awesome experience, considering the circumstances!

I brought my old car trailer up, it had old tires that had me concerned. I dropped off the trailer on Thursday morning, Austin and the crew brought it in and told me my wheel bearings had also seen better days. They had tires in stock to install and repacked and replaced bearings as needed Got me the trailer back by Saturday morning Really great to work with and quality work!

My truck broke down during freezing weather, and I was stranded in a tough situation. Not only did Austin respond quickly, but they showed genuine care and professionalism throughout the whole process. Their knowledge, kindness, and dedication turned a stressful breakdown into an experience I’ll never forget—for all the right reasons. Wonderful experience every time I go there! Extremely friendly and even gave my kids paper airplanes to play with while we were waiting! This will be where I continue to go for my auto service!

We had a slow leak in our truck tire. We stopped in to see if they could help us , especially with the WI cold winters. They pulled our truck into the shop, repaired the tire & added air to the other 3 tires. Very nice and proficient people. We will definitely use them again.
