Northern Hills Homes and RVs

Curt asked what we were hoping for and showed us 4 trailers that would meet our requirements. We chose the one that suited us best and gave is a price for it and checked out our trade in. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The switching over of our contents went smoothly and we were given a full review of the new trailer. The professionalism was beyond expectation. We had been to their parts department over the years and again very pleased with their knowledge and pricing. Would never go anywhere else again.

So after months and months of searching on the internet and going to dealerships from Iowa and Missouri, I finally pulled the trigger on this 2020 GRAND DESIGN MOMENTUM M-CLASS 351M from Northern Hills Homes and RV's in Whitewood, South Dakota . They shot me a deal I couldn’t refuse with the first offer. Been wanting a fifth wheel toy hauler for a long time. This is a huge upgrade from what I had and when you’re living in them you need all the room you can get.

Really thought it was going to be a "Boutique" dealership, it is but in a good way. They only deal with Grand Designs and Brinkley RVs so at least I do have a specialty. Both quality builds as RVs go and sales people were not pretentious. Talked to you like a person and did the walk through with no pressure, just the needed information. Worth the drive from Rapid City.

I have purchased 7 new RV’s all from different dealers. Northern Hills is by far my best experience in all catagories. Not that others have been bad but Kyle and his service department are above and beyond all.

We drove all the way up from Austin, TX to buy our first camper that met our requirements. Eric was very friendly and sent us a video of the camper before we started. The whole team at the dealership were very friendly, received us very well and helped us with every question we had. The walk thru was very detailed and great. They even followed up with us to see if we have reached home safe and sent us a box of mint chocolates! Overall the best!
