Had my car for 31 days and charged us 1400 over agreed amount... Went in for a new water pump. anytime we needed an update we had to call. The first time we were met with an "oops we got the wrong part". That added a week and a half to the already 5 days they had my car. After that we called and were told "oops there was an error that occurred during the replacement but dont worry it wont cost you anymore, also were backed up and busy so we have to wait to start it again in a week and a half". After that we waited another 2 weeks to call just to be told "its going in, in 4 days, again no more cost to us". Finally today has arrived and we get to pick it up. After waiting for awhile for someone to arrive to the shop my husband was met with a bill over 30% of discussed and agreed upon cost. B

Couple weeks ago, my 18-year-old son was driving to his barber in Tilton when he noticed his vehicle felt a little funny and was making a weird noise. He pulled over at the gas station down the street from Northfield Motors and noticed his back driver-side tire lug nuts were loose. Not knowing what to do. He called me, freaking out. I drove down. Unfortunately, we did not have the tools to tighten it. I found Northfield Motors on Google. I called them and spoke with a very nice man who said, “Pull on in. I’ll take care of it.” We pulled in. He was right there outside waiting with tools in hand. He tightened up all the lug nuts and made sure the vehicle was safe to drive. When I asked him how much, he said, “Don’t worry about it. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I randomly stopped by for an emergency engine situation right off the highway during a road trip from NH to RI, I was helped out immediately by a kind young man who very quickly diagnosed the problem and picked up the proper new parts from down the road in less than 20 minutes. Thanks to his quick work my gf and I got home safe and still in time for dinner. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic experience, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great place! fixed my car on super short notice right before Christmas. didi’t overcharge me hundreds like so many other garages in the area. Gave me options with parts to save money if Instead of just putting in what would be more convenient for him. Had the car fixed the next day

My elderly parents were looking for a new garage to bring their business to.. He got them in and took good care of them. He was honest and didn't price gouge them.
