It is ok to believe the hype about this place. I can't speak to every customers experience ever, but mine was completely sublime - something cannot be expressed for every body shop I have ever worked with. Great job, amazing customer service and a positive attitude that few are able to pull off successfully. Highly recommended.

Perfect service! After somehow sustaining just a slight bit of damage I couldn’t have picked a better spot to do the job. Even though it turned out to be a quick fix, they did an OUTSTANDING job repairing the out of place panel & had me on my way in only 5 minutes w/ the panel looking like new! They went above & beyond my expectations so couldn’t recommend them enough - Thank you Northgate Autobody!!

These guys (Cole, Jeff and crew) are simply phenomenal. I had previously taken my VW's to them in past years and recently took my Subaru as part of an insurance repair job. The car came back looking and running better than when I purchased it! They are efficient and provide regular updates, esp. when new issues are uncovered which could not be seen/predicted after a visual inspection. I don't plan to keep taking my car(s) in for repairs after encountering bad drivers ;-) but when the time comes I will go nowhere else.

I love this place. They did a nice job on my car! My car looks better than before my accident. Cole and Jeff were really great. My car is straight and the paint looks perfect!

Amazing service! I made an appointment to get my bumper fixed and they were able to fix it within 15 minutes free of charge. Will definitely return for all my auto body needs. They are really flexible and easy to work with.
