***UPDATE*** They fired the technician thank goodness and my car finally passed*** I've been trying to get my car smogged when I've had time. They recently changed hands and these new guys are goofs. I am now having to investigate my catalytic install from last year. The first complaint was that I was supposed to have an upgraded part added to my car- bull## - This supposed new part doesn't even fit on my car's vehicle. Which story is it??? Trust me if we hadn't already paid the fees we would not be in this boat. I really don't recommend this place. - Following up 3 weeks later, still not completed! After trying to get me to believe my catalytic wasn't legal (bulls***t - even went back to the catalytic place and he was ready to help us sue this station) we have a new story to change a sen

Posting a negative review so they can take action on learning how to smog a vehicle without the barcode from a registration slip or registration renewal letter. There are people that don't have either of those things that need to get their vehicles smogged before it can even be registered.

Walked in and the guy laughed in my face with a mouth full of candy bar cause my truck was old. Beensmogging my vehicles there for 20 years and buying gas there. I'll never step foot in the property again. I guess customer service is dead

I used these guys for several years, but now they charge $89, which is more than most other places, and they don't take the coupon that has their name on it. The rude person at the counter just kept saying that the coupon was from the 'old' company! Terrible customer service. Never going here again.
