Was looking for a truck to haul my camper. Saw a vehicle I wanted and stopped in. Test drove it and when there was an issue with the truck, they said no problem we will fix it and deliver it to you. Thanks Dalton and Justin. It's only been 3 days and the truck isn't fixed yet.. waiting on delivery.. People were good. Recommended!! Can't wait to get it

I am writing this review due to a very serious experience involving identity theft. My personal information was used without my knowledge to purchase a vehicle valued at over $110,000 from this dealership. What is most alarming is the apparent lack of proper identity verification before the sale was completed. Basic safeguards that should be in place to prevent fraud did not appear to be followed. The circumstances raise serious concerns, especially since the dealership does not even have inventory valued at that price. Adding to the concern, I am not a resident of Louisiana, which makes it even more troubling that this transaction was completed without proper verification. When I contacted Northlake Auto in Hammond, Louisiana, including the salesperson involved, JR”, I was disappointed

No communication and no effort. Bought a truck, was in their “shop” for 2 weeks came to get it after driving 2 hours and come to find out nothing was fixed on it after 2 weeks. Brought it home anyways told them to ship the parts to me and never got the parts after calling twice about getting them. I never received the first call from them regarding the truck i had to call everytime. I do not recommend coming here
