I came to test drive a Jeep Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler, and left hard torn between really liking both vehicles. When I finally reached a decision, both vehicles had of course sold already! I waited too long, they were both great cars. Right as my heart started sinking, Lizzy showed me a new Jeep Cherokee they had just gotten in that was going thru inspections! It was simply gorgeous. It passed inspection with flying colors and gave me an awesomely smooth test drive! And now I know that everything played out exactly as it was meant to be because I have a new Jeep that I’m absolutely in love with!! 2 months later and zero issues since we drove it off the lot. Lizzy was amazing! She is very friendly and knowledgeable! She stayed late for us to do a test drive and she answered all of our questions with honesty! She was not pushy in selling us a vehicle! This car lot has very reasonable prices and they inspect every single vehicle before putting it on the lot for sale to customers! We met some of the other staff members and they were just as friendly and knowledgeable as well! 10/10 recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys!

We would highly recommend Northland Motorcars! We worked with Josiah and Lizzy, and both were great to work with. We primarily worked with Lizzy, though, and she was excellent. There is a distinct difference between keeping a customer informed and hounding a customer. She was respectful, kept us informed of a price change in the vehicle that we were interested in and was patient as we needed to take a couple days to make a decision. She answered all of our questions and was not only knowledgeable, but also willing to put in extra time and effort to make sure we had a good experience.
