Called around multiple shops to get spark plugs changed when I realized I didn't have the right tools on hand. Every shop wanted to put me on a waiting list that could take 1-2 weeks. Sean got me in within 15 minutes, and done in another 20. Exceptionally reasonable price, and great to talk to! Thanks again!

He saved my butt! My poor jeep was doing dual duty, running both my housemates courier run, then my traveling chiropractic trips. She started a little wobble, which became a big wobble fairly quickly. He found room to see the jeep, and was very thorough driving her a few times to make sure he got to the root of the problem. Very open about his process & showed me the worn/faulty part.

I brought my SUV to Sean at North Pole Auto after having it in another shop, for engine work, for just over 5 weeks. The car was still having issues. Sean got us in right away, showed us it was leaking anti-freeze, and had a cracked spark plug (which were all replaced with the engine work we just had done). He replaced the O2 sensors and spark plug as well as cleaned the fuel injectors (which was not done at the other shop). He’s very informative, helpful and thorough. We will continue using North Pole Auto!

I sought out some help for rust repair on a rear door. Sean was honest from the start, stating that he wasn’t comfortable with repairing it as the damage was too great. Any repairs made wouldn’t last. He advised I get a new door entirely and kept me updated as he searched for one. He found one in a timely manner and had it installed shortly after. I am beyond satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, transparency, and the work itself. The door fits in seamlessly with the rest of the vehicle. Sean is extremely skilled at what he does!
