There were many discrepancies with insurance on the duration of the rental, the ladies in the office took the weight off my hands and reached out to insurance to get an extension, as well as set up the rental vehicle. We are return customers of Northside Collision as our services in the past have been exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about this experience. Our initial complaints were the moving timelines of when our car was actually going to be started. The car was received in late November after an accident with a deer. Moving timelines went from two weeks to three weeks to four weeks to a month. The car did not get started until the first week of January when it was shipped to the Greece Northside Collision location. Our initial communication with Matt at the Greece Location was exceptional. I have been a customer of Long Pond Auto Body since the early 90’s. The skill level of the paint crew at this shop is simply amazing. My black 2012 Cadillac CTS was recently smashed by an inattentive driver turning left in front of me, and I thought the car would never look right again.
