My wife and I both drive the same car from the same year and both of us had accidents. The potential of confusion was high, but not only did northside. Do a great job on the car. I got it a day ahead of schedule. My big feet hit a wire by the brake and accelerator which made it pop down onto the break I went back. There was no problem they put it back and I was off on my way. North side on Genesee Street is a great place to take a vehicle. I highly recommend it.

Collision damage turned into complete nightmare. They had to jump my vehicle upon returning it to me assuring me it was fine and it’s been days of me calling them and I still have no solution to the issue. I’m stranded jumping my vehicle everywhere. Do not bring your vehicle here if you want it back functioning!!!! They left the front end damage completely untouched too!! These photos taken after it was returned to me. Do not trust these people!!!

Northside Collision did an excellent job fixing my car. When I went to pick it up, it was not only repaired beautifully, but it was also washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. I really appreciated this extra effort on their part!

HORRIBLE. I'd give a no star review if possible. We dropped our vehicle off at the N. Syracuse location because we were backed into while parked. Without our permission or consent our vehicle was moved to West Genesee location. We went to pick our vehicle up to find our car was robbed. Battery was dead and interior light was left on. When discussing with management they told us their policies are to leave the car unlocked because they were just get the windows smashed. Manger told us they didn't know they just thought we were messy people and detailed the inside.... When the vehicle was relocated from N. Syracuse to W. Genesee it wasn't a mess... So things are not making sense. No resolution to this. Just an oh well kind of situation. How does a business operate like this? No responsibilit
