Mitchell Mitchell Mitchel, stay away from him. He is not informed about warranties and turned my business away due to his lack of training. Caused me such a headache, calling around trying to figure out who is incorrect and finally we were all able to pin point it all to a employee that is lazy. Instead of getting the correct information, he spewed out incorrect information. I'd prefer to trust people with my vichicle that knows what they are doing. I dont recommended trusting this service department. Go elsewhere, trust me, not worth the inconvenience. BTW, it was all covered and I was able to get anything successful taken care of at the Ford where SplashTown used to be. Very quick and friendly staff there.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Northside Ford Parts. I returned a part and requested a receipt to confirm that they had received it. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with refused to provide any documentation, stating that it affected their commission when parts are returned. While I understand the business side, I believe that customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. The employee's demeanor was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Additionally, I found it very uncomfortable to be in a situation where I could see the employee's pants sagging so low that it exposed part of his backside. Its this easy: call them and have the last 8 digits of your VIN number on hand, and tell them what part you need. Normally you'll get your part in a day or two. No issues at all!

Doesn’t make sense to even make an appointment... You’ll get a dinner with the President of the United States before an appoint that actually works at Quicklane here.... just settle in if you don’t get here at open...
